PawBets Terms and Conditions

General terms

By registering an account with PawBets, players confirm they are at least 18 years old, resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal, and agree to the terms set out on this page. PawBets reserves the right to update these terms at any time; material changes are communicated via account notification or email.

Eligibility

• Players must be 18 years of age or older. Age verification may be requested at any point, including before a withdrawal is processed.
• One account per person, household, IP address and payment method is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated bonus winnings voided.

Account registration

Withdrawals are only processed to the payment method used for the matching deposit, where supported, as a standard anti-fraud measure. PawBets may request identity verification before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time payouts or unusually large amounts.

Bonus terms

• The welcome bonus (250% up to £2,000) and all reload or cashback promotions carry a wagering requirement, stated at the time the bonus is offered, typically 35x the bonus amount for the welcome offer.
• Game weighting toward wagering requirements varies: slots generally count 100%, live casino 10%, table games 5%, unless otherwise stated.
• A maximum stake of £5 per spin or hand applies while an active bonus is being wagered. Breaching this limit may void bonus winnings.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if not wagered within the stated period, typically 30 days from credit for the welcome bonus.
• PawBets reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or amend promotional offers at its discretion, including suspending an offer for new signups while honouring bonuses already credited under original terms.
• Suspected bonus abuse, including coordinated play across linked accounts or exploiting a promotion outside its intended use, may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.

Responsible gambling

PawBets provides tools to support responsible play, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Fair use and prohibited conduct

The following actions may result in account suspension, termination, or forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting software errors or payment processing glitches rather than reporting them.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live or multiplayer formats.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

Game rules and disputes

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, for live dealer games, the physical outcome of the dealt cards, spun wheel or rolled dice as streamed. In the event of a software malfunction, PawBets reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund wagers. Disputes regarding game outcomes or account actions should be raised with customer support in the first instance; unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority’s dispute resolution service.

Account closure and self-exclusion

Players may close their account or request self-exclusion at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed before the selected period ends, in line with responsible gambling best practice. Any funds remaining in the account balance at the time of closure, excluding unwagered bonus funds, will be returned to the player using a method agreed with support.

Limitation of liability
